Skills

Customer Service- has the ability to efficiently and effectively provide a customer their requests within a timely manner. Being personable and understanding to all and any situations will create ultimate customer satisfaction. Along with a friendly presence, correct body language, and a kind tone of voice represents a company in a positive light.

Psychology- studied the basics of human behavior and holds an understanding towards all different personalities and the effective way to interact and communicate with them.

Effective Speaking- communication skills that are essential in a successful professional environment with the ability to inform, inspire, and persuade an audience.


Sales- 5 years experience in sales for various businesses. I enjoy the process in selling a product. It all starts with selling yourself to gain trust and actively listening to a client’s needs to accurately provide the best option for them. Thinking ahead to what a client’s objectives may be and applying the sense of need to the product can aid in successfully closing a deal.
